NAERA
A fictional chair brand where
I directed AI image generation
and built a coherent visual identity
around it.
Starting with the images, not the identity.
NAERA started as a personal experiment: I directed AI to generate a small collection of chairs, writing the prompts and steering the look, then built a brand around them. I designed the identity, typography, graphic system and social direction so those separate images felt like they belonged to the same world.
Quiet by design.
Warm, directional light gives every object the same visual atmosphere.
A restrained serif wordmark keeps the identity quiet and secondary to the product.
Generous space and simple compositions let each object breathe.
Light, shadow and a lot of air.
Warm light, long shadows and generous negative space became the visual rule: enough direction to make the images feel related, without making them feel identical.
A feed that feels like the brand.
The same rules carried into social: warm light, natural materials, quiet typography and enough variation for every image to feel different without losing the brand.
I directed the images with AI. I designed the brand around them.
NAERA began with images I directed and generated with AI, then became an exercise in art direction: finding the visual rules that turn separate outputs into one recognisable world.
