01 — The brief

Sell new homes by the sea — and capture the buyer before they leave.

22@LVNG is a new-build promotion in Poblenou — one and two-bedroom homes with terraces, a rooftop pool and a BREEAM sustainability rating, a step from the sea in Barcelona's most innovative district. The goal was simple and measurable: capture qualified leads — visitors who leave their contact details.

The visual identity was already defined and handed to me. My job was to turn it into a working website — the UI, the UX, the way every feature, image and piece of information is laid out to move a buyer toward one action — and to build the Meta ad creatives that would bring the right people to it.

02 — The interface

The design, in full.

03 — UX

Everything a buyer needs, in the order they need it.

What

A single, guided journey: the homes, the amenities, the neighbourhood, the sustainability, the show flat — each answering the next question a buyer would ask.

Why

A property decision is emotional and practical at once. Remove doubt in the right order and leaving your details stops feeling like a risk and starts feeling like the natural next step.

How

Clear sections, generous imagery, downloadable dossier and floorplans, and a contact form always within reach — the whole layout keeps the user moving toward one action.

04 — UI

Turning a brand into an interface.

What

A full UI built on the identity I was given — type scale, components, spacing, buttons and image treatment, translated into real screens.

Why

A brand guide isn't a website. The identity had to keep its warmth and calm while becoming something people could actually navigate, read and act on — on any device.

How

I set a clear hierarchy, let the photography carry the aspiration, and kept the interface quiet so the terracotta call to action was always the loudest thing on screen.

05 — Lead capture

Every path leads to leaving a contact.

01

Always in reach

A terracotta “Contacto” button is pinned to the header from the first screen — the single, unmistakable action, one tap away at any point.

02

A reason at every step

Book a show-flat visit, download the dossier or floorplans, call directly — each section offers a low-commitment way to raise a hand, and each one collects the lead.

03

A form that qualifies

The contact form asks the one question that matters — one or two bedrooms — so every lead arrives already qualified for the sales team.

06 — Meta campaigns

The ads that fed the funnel.

What

Ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — the top of the funnel that carried the right audience straight to the site.

Why

A landing only converts the traffic it gets. The ads and the website were designed as one piece, so the promise in the feed matched the page it opened.

How

Same identity, same warmth, formats built for the feed and stories — imagery and message tuned to stop the scroll and hand the visitor to the contact form.

Website and campaigns worked as one — and the promotion hit its goal: a steady flow of qualified buyer leads.

The Meta campaigns brought the right audience; the site did the convincing and collected the contact. Together they turned attention into a pipeline the sales team could actually work.
